John Love

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

John Love, CEO and co-founder of One True Media, is responsible for the vision, business and product strategy as well as the teams and systems needed to execute on them. Prior to One True Media, John spent six years as an executive with Niku Corporation where he started and ran several divisions including Professional Services and Development Operations. Previous to Niku, John was a Principal at American Management Systems, an international information technology consulting firm.

John has an MBA in Strategic Management and Information Technology from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Randy Komisar

Partner, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers

Randy Komisar joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers in 2005 as a partner. For several years prior, Randy partnered with entrepreneurs creating businesses with leading-edge technologies.

He was a co-founder of Claris Corporation, served as CEO for LucasArts Entertainment and Crystal Dynamics, and acted as a "virtual CEO" for such companies as WebTV, Mirra and GlobalGiving. He was a founding director of TiVo where he is currently chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee. Earlier, Randy served as CFO of GO Corporation and Senior Counsel for Apple Computer, following a private practice in Technology Law.

Randy holds a BA in Economics from Brown University and a JD from Harvard Law School. He is a Consulting Professor of Entrepreneurship at Stanford University and author of the best-selling book The Monk and the Riddle, as well as several articles on leadership and entrepreneurship. Randy frequently speaks here and abroad on such topics.

Managing Director, DAG Ventures

DAG Ventures is a venture capital partnership investing in and helping outstanding entrepreneurs create leading, long-term companies across a range of markets. With roots from the 1980's in cable TV, infrastructure, media, and wireless industries, the partnership today is privileged to work with world-class entrepreneurs as they build tomorrow's leaders in the information technology, energy, and life science sectors.

Before joining DAG in 1999, Young worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, focusing on financial analysis of mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, public and private financings, and other corporate transactions. While at DAG, he supported investments made in DAG I and II and led due diligence efforts in the early stages of DAG's venture investment strategy implementation.

In 2004, Young joined Entrisphere, a DAG portfolio company, where he focused on strategic initiatives to improve gross margins and reported to the CEO. He returned to DAG in 2005. Young has a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
