John Love

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

John Love, CEO and co-founder of One True Media, is responsible for the vision, business and product strategy as well as the teams and systems needed to execute on them. Prior to One True Media, John spent six years as an executive with Niku Corporation where he started and ran several divisions including Professional Services and Development Operations. Previous to Niku, John was a Principal at American Management Systems, an international information technology consulting firm.

John has an MBA in Strategic Management and Information Technology from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ian Lovejoy

Chief Technical Officer

As CTO at One True Media, Ian Lovejoy is responsible for designing, developing and refining One True Medias patent pending video technology.

Prior to OTM, Ian was Chief Technologist at Ofoto, Inc., (now Kodak Easy Share), the online photo sharing and printing site. Ofoto is the worlds largest photofinishing site, supporting millions of active users and a huge volume of online ordering daily. At Ofoto, Ian provided architectural leadership to develop a globally distributed system that is reliable, cost effective, and massively scalable. Prior to Ofoto, Ian served in leadership roles at a host of other technology focused companies, including ABT Corporation and General Nanotechnology, one of the first nanotech companies.

Ian studied Physics at the California Institute of Technology and the University of California at Berkeley.

Kathleen Farley

Vice President, Product Marketing

Kathleen is the Vice President of Product Marketing of One True Media and responsible for defining product and promotional strategies.

Prior to One True Media, Kathleen was Director of Product Management at Yahoo!. Kathleen's career at Yahoo! focused on creating a balance between subscription based and advertiser focused business models while ensuring an engaging consumer-focused product. At Yahoo! Personals, she led the product redesign, opened the property to branded and CPC advertising, and developed an API program for strategic partners. While at Yahoo!, Kathleen also managed the Yahoo! Autos used car team. There she led the integration of AutoTrader.com listings, built a dealer reseller program, designed and implemented highly effective SEO and search marketing solutions.

Before Yahoo!, Kathleen was at Peakstone Coporation, an Internet infrastructure software company. As Director of Marketing, she was responsible for Peakstone's provisioning product development and positioning. Kathleen was also an early team member of BestOffer.com where she ran the product group and customer operations. As part of the executive team, Kathleeen was responsible for company strategy, funding and operations.

Kathleen spent several years at a venture development partnership, The Beta Group, developing start-ups and acquiring and transferring patented technologies to new industries. Prior to the business world, Kathleen was a charter member of Teach for America in Long Beach, CA.

Kathleen holds an MBA and a MA in Education from Stanford University and a BA in American Studies from Georgetown University.

Leslie Latham

Vice President, Business Development

Leslie Latham is responsible for partnerships and strategy. She brings over 25 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development and strategic planning with both technology start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining One True Media, Leslie held executive positions at Apple Computer Inc., LucasArts, Sony Corporation, and AD Little Management Consulting. She is a former VP of Marketing at Mirra, Inc. (acquired by Seagate), the first personal server for traditional and I-businesses, and VP of Business Development for IQCommerce, the online one-to-one marketing platform acquired by Carat (Aegis).

Leslie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Masters from Harvard University, both in East Asian studies.
