  • How much content can I store in my SpotMixer account?

    All registered accounts can store up to 200MB of content for 60 days free. The 200MB can include any combination of 200 photos or about 10-15 minutes of video. Any account with active campaigns can enjoy nearly unlimited storage space for all of your content.

  • How do I get my content into my SpotMixer account?

    Sign in to your account and upload files directly to your account online when creating your videos. If you are using the same media for other videos, you can always use the "My Account" option to picked from existing projects rather than uploading the same media assets again.

  • What happens to my content and creations if I stop running campaigns on SpotMixer?

    SpotMixer will maintain creations for up to sixty (60) days in accounts with no activity. You must have an active campaign running or sign in at least once every sixty (60) days in order to retain your free account status. Otherwise, SpotMixer reserves the right to cancel your account and remove your content and creations.

  • How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list? Will my account still be active?

    If you no longer wish to receive information and notifications from SpotMixer, here's how to unsubscribe from our mailing list:

    Log into your SpotMixer.
    Click on "My Account" in the top right-hand corner of the page.
    Click on "Change Communication Preferences."
    De-select the box and click on "Update."

    Unsubscribing from the mailing list does not deactivate your account.

  • I'm trying to sign in but the site's making me create a new account. What do I do?

    We require your browser to have cookies enabled in order to sign in to the site and use our service. A cookie is a small amount of data that your browser uses to help our site manage your online session. Here's how you can make sure cookies are enabled for your browser:

    Internet Explorer: In the menu bar, go to Tools >> Internet Options. Click on the "Privacy" tab. Move the slider to "Medium" then click the "Advanced" button below the privacy level description. Select "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" and make sure the "Always accept session cookies" option is also checked. Click "OK" to close the dialog boxes.

    Firefox: In the menu bar, go to Tools >> Options. Go to the Privacy section, and then the "Cookies" tab. Make sure the option to "Allow sites to set Cookies" is checked. Click "OK" to close the dialogue box.

  • How do I cancel my SpotMixer account?

    You can request that we disable your account at any time by emailing Help@SpotMixer.com to cancel your account. Any active campaigns will be stopped and your content will be available for sixty (60) days before it is deleted.

    Alternatively, you can simply stop running any active campaigns. You only pay for the services that you receive via our distribution networks. The SpotMixer Network option is pre-paid and when your campaign is stopped, the included features will continue to be available until the end of the currently paid month.
