How long will it take my video ad to start running?
You'll be able to add video to your current marketing programs right away. Online ad campaigns may take a few days before any results are available. The delay is usually due an additional approval step by the publishers to approve the ad. When you make changes to your campaign, those are propagated to the networks right away but there may still be a short delay before those ads are shown.
How long should I run targeted online advertising?
You can run your video ad as long or little as you'd like depending on your marketing objectives. You can pause or stop your video ad at any time. However, we recommend that your run your video ad for at least 90-days to get the best results. This time frame allows us to best optimize your placements to get the best performance for your ads.
How do I target the audience for my ad or where it runs?
When you create running a targeted video ad, you can choose from several targeting options. You can target based on geography by selecting one or more geographic locations from national (used by default if no location targeting is selected) to major metropolitan areas to specific cities or states. In addition, you can target your audience based on gender, income and age.

Can I see my ad running online?
Placements change frequently throughout the day and their timing is unpredictable. You may see your ads when browsing sites on the web but specifically pinpointing where and when your ad will be served is not possible given the volume of ads running through our publishers' networks.
Campaigns running in the SpotMixer Network can be viewed easily by visiting the link provided to you in the Campaign overview page.
How do I embed my video ad on my site?
Once your have published your video it is easy to add it to your site. To embed your creation directly, select the embed code from your Published Video Overview page (control-C on your keyboard). Then sign in to the site you want to post to and edit your page entry. Paste (control-V on your keyboard) the code into the page. Note you may need to make sure you are in an "Edit HTML" mode before pasting. Keep in mind that your Video Ad will only play as long as your video ad is active.
Can I get the video file for my ad?
Yes. Select "Video Download" from the "Publish" page. We offer a high-quality MP4
video download and a TV-ready MPEG-2 download.
How do I send my video ad to Google TV Ads?
To send your Video Ad to Google TV Ads, simply call our customer care group toll free at 1.866.625.2023 and we will assist you in placing your ad into the right place for Google TV Ads.
Do I own the video ad that I create?
Yes. Any video ad you create and publish is owned by you subject to conditions as specified in the Terms of Use.
