• Is my data secure?

  Yes! Access to your data is limited to authorized SpotMixer staff and restricted by password protection mechanisms. We process all orders on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). You'll know this security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window. • Will you ever rent or sell my name or email address?

  Absolutely not. We have a strict Privacy Policy that is committed to protecting your privacy and any personally identifiable information. We will never rent or sell your name or personal information, nor the names of the guests with whom you share your creations.

• How do I cancel SpotMixer services?

  With SpotMixer publishing options, you can stop distributing your ads at any time. Simply remove a distribution option from your campaigns or pause running campaigns. You will only pay for the services you receive from our distribution networks. The SpotMixer Network option is pre-paid and when your campaign is stopped, the included features will continue to be available until the end of the currently paid month.

  If your account is cancelled, we will keep your content and creations for at least 60 days. You can come back during this period and resume your account and campaigns.
